I do Thai Massage, both on a mat, which is the Traditional way, and on a massage table, which is the Western way. Either way, I am doing bodywork in the most traditional Thai Medicine way; which is to work on the layers of your body, from skin to tissue, to the Sen (tendons, nerves, the things that make you move), to bone and joint, to organs. I take into account your Elemental body type when deciding on a treatment protocol. Finally, I carry out that work with Compassion, Loving-Kindness, and Joy, because that is also at the heart of Thai Bodywork.
